    Fax orders to 423-769-0020 (standard order forms accepted).

    Our team will contact your patient directly to schedule their scan at a convenient time.

    Studies read by board-certified radiologists and final reports are faxed promptly. You can also view images and reports anytime in our secure web portal.

Do patients need to be Hitchcock Family Medicine patients?

No. We welcome referrals from any licensed provider.

What order forms do you accept?

We accept standard radiology requisitions via fax. A template order form is also available for download here.

How are results delivered?

Results are faxed automatically. Providers may also log in to our Web Viewer Portal for 24/7 access to images and reports.

How do I request portal access?

Each provider and staff member needs their own secure login. Use our Request Access Form and we’ll get you set up.

Do you handle STAT or urgent studies?

Yes. Please mark orders STAT and call us directly to ensure priority scheduling.
